The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby requesting competitive bids from qualified Contractor(s) to provide moving services within Palm Beach County. The successful vendor’s employees shall wear a uniform while performing Town tasks. The uniform must clearly identify the company. An employee name tag is optional but preferred.It is the intent of the Town to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide moving services for relocation of equipment and furnishing used in governmental offices, and other facilities, and monthly pick up of surplus items throughout the Town. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid.TERM: The contract will begin at the start of the Town's 2027 fiscal year, beginning October 1, 2026. The first year of the contract shall terminate in concurrence with the end of the Town’s 2027 fiscal year, ending on September 30, 2027.
