Base your quotations on the terms and conditions hereon.Prices quoted must be valid for the period of One (1) Year.Shipping charges (if applicable) shall be included in unit PriceQuantities are estimated and will not bind the buyerTerms of Payment: Net 30 daysF.O.B.: Destination (West Palm Beach, FL 33401) Items shall be ordered via the issuance of Purchase Orders on an "as needed" basis for the term of the contract.Vendor is not obligated to bid on all items and may quote only the items that they currently carry.The Town of Palm Beach reserves the right to award on an "All-or-None" basis to one bidder or to award on an "Item by Item" basis, whenever it is in the best interest or most advantageous to the Town of Palm Beach. Award may also be made with Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary suppliers.All bids shall be submitted on the Town provided forms. Failure to do so may be cause for rejection.All blanks on the forms must be completed.
