Summary of Work : The City of Mission is accepting bids for Sludge Management Services. Bid Submittal Deadline: Bid responses addressed to Mr. Edgar Chapa, Contracts Administrator, will be received until Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST ) at which time they shall be publicly opened. All bid responses are to be delivered to City of Mission Procurement Department, 1201 East 8 th Street, Mission, Texas 78572 , on or before the aforementioned date and time. Bid responses shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as follows: RFB: 26-523-07-23 Sludge Management Services . No Facsimiles or late arrivals will be accepted. Any RFB received after that time will not be opened and will be returned. Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of express envelope or package in reference to RFB. Pre-Bid Conference : A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted in person at City Hall, Executive Conference Room, 1201 E. 8 th ST., Mission, TX 78572.
