    Description

    BACKGROUND

     

    The City of San Antonio (City), Public Works Department (PWD) is issuing a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) for qualified firms (Respondents) to provide construction of the District 3 Aquatics facility, a 2022 Bond project. This project is in Council District 3 at 3110 Roosevelt Avenue in the Mission Drive-In IDZ Subdivision adjacent to the Mission Marquee, Najim YMCA, and World Heritage Center.

     

    1. SCOPE OF WORK AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

     

    This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, services, equipment and appliances required with, or properly incidental to all construction detailed in the project contract documents which shall include, but not limited to swimming pool, swimming pool equipment, swimming pool amenities, parking, drainage, site furnishings, masonry, signage, concrete flatwork, concrete foundations, site grading, restroom building, lifeguard station, pump room building, lighting, landscaping and irrigation.

     

    Additionally, an additive alternate is also being proposed.

Any oral responses provided by City staff at the Pre-Submittal Conference shall be preliminary. A written summary of the Pre-Submittal Conference shall contain City’s official responses to issues raised during the Pre-Submittal Conference and posted on the CivCast website at https://www.CivCastusa.com/bids. Any oral response given at the Pre-Submittal Conference that is not confirmed in the posted written summary from the Pre-Submittal Conference or in a subsequent addendum shall not be official or binding on City.
