Paper SOQs may be hand delivered or mailed to Orange County Fire Authority, Purchasing Department, 1 Fire Authority Road, Building C, Irvine, CA 92602 no later than the date and time specified. One (1) original hard copy, one (1) duplicate hard copy, and one (1) electronic copy in PDF or Word (on Digital Media), of the submittal shall be sent to the attention of the Purchasing Section, within said time limit, in a sealed envelope.
