NON-MANDATORY A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. (CST). The pre-bid conference shall be conducted at the Brightspeed Ice Park meeting room 635 E. Trafficway, Springfield, MO 65806. The site visit immediately follows the pre-bid conference. All interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
