    • Cost Proposal (45 pts)

      Each Cost Proposal will be evaluated based on products meeting specifications, product pricing, nutritional information, and product quality.

    • Responsible and Responsive Bidder (15 pts)

      Each proposer’s submitted documents will be reviewed for completeness. Missing documents, entries, or missing signatures will result in reduced points.
