The City of Winter Springs is requesting Proposals from qualified companies (Proposer or Proposers) for the purposes of providing their services for the construction and installation of 1,300 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch reclaimed water main from the intersection of Blumberg Boulevard and Tuskawilla Road to Fanning Drive along Tuskawilla Road and 3,500 LF 8-inch reclaimed water main along Michael Blake Blvd to connect to the existing 12- inch reclaimed water main at SR 434. This project is partially funded by a State of Florida Appropriation Request. A copy of the Grant agreement can be found in Appendix F. The proposer must carefully review and become familiar with the conditions of the Grant Agreement that governs this contract.
