    Description

    This solicitation will be issued through BidNet's Maryland Purchasing Group (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/maryland/montgomerycounty). In the spirit of continuous improvement, Montgomery County utilizes this platform to post solicitations and accept electronic responses from vendors. Registration is required and FREE for all Montgomery County solicitations by selecting the "Limited" option upon registration. The County intends to enter into one Contract with one Contractor for provision of services for the operation of the TS, and the acceptance, processing, loading, transfer, staging, transportation, and disposal of MSW delivered to and deposited onto the tipping floors and pit areas of the TS, as directed by the County. MSW is inclusive of any mixed or bulk loads of residential household trash, commercial waste, construction and demolition waste, and stormwater structure cleanout materials that passes the paint-filter test (from the Oaks Landfill Oil/Grit Management Facility).
