The County intends to award the Contract to one Contractor with demonstrated expertise and extensive experience in providing the comprehensive remote dam monitoring services and support described in this solicitation. The County requires the Contractor to deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality work in full compliance with all solicitation and Contract requirements. The County is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide comprehensive remote monitoring equipment and services for the County’s high- and significant-hazard dams and levees. The Contractor must provide services and products that best meets the County’s requirements.: After the Contract is awarded, and in coordination with the Contract Manager, the Awardee Contractor must complete a market assessment to analyze available remote monitoring technologies and provide a recommended solution tailored to the County’s needs. Detailed evaluation of alternatives will be conducted collaboratively by the Awardee Contractor and the County after the contract award.
