The County requires a safety management tracking system SaaS to enable County departments and offices and MCSIP agency members to create and monitor online training, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) management, and Job Safety Analysis/Job Hazard Analysis (JSA/JHA). Learning Management Services (LMS) System The LMS must be capable of tracking employee training and providing a platform for delivering Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliant e-learning. Mandatory LMS Requirements The services listed below are mandatory: a. One (1) Annual Manager License, which allows a remote User, the County Safety Manager (“Manager”), to view and update inventory and update inventory information through a web browser interface thereby allowing for real-time inventory of all LMS. b. LMS Administrators: Access to SaaS for five (5) County LMS Administrators. LMS Administrators will have a username and password and have access to the SaaS Administrative site with capabilities, including but not limited to, entering LMS material, performing administrative functions, granting access to Users, and running reports. c. Named Accounts for County Departments and MCSIP agency members: Access to SaaS for a minimum of twenty (20) named accounts to ensure County Departments and MCSIP agency members have concurrent access to SaaS. d. Capability to track computer-based, in-person, on-the-job, and vendor demonstrations, including, but not limited to, initial training sessions on SaaS and training sessions when SaaS is updated e. Capability to track all scheduled and required training(s) f. Capability to deliver quizzes and performance assessments
