THIS RFP WILL BE REPLACING RFP # 2023-16 AND WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO DO BUSINESS WITH ELGIN ISD.The Elgin Independent School District (Elgin ISD) is accepting proposals for Special Programs Services. The purpose of this request is to establish a list of approved vendors in various categories for the District to use on an “as-needed” basis. Elgin ISD urges all vendors that provide these commodities to respond to this bid/proposal, even if you are a sole source vendor of the product/service. When Elgin ISD has a need for these goods, Elgin ISD will use the list of vendors as a primary source to obtain the goods. There is no obligation upon Elgin ISD to use any particular vendor, nor does an award guarantee any level of expenditure.This proposal is being issued by Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2CFR) Part 200 requirements to procure vendors who provide goods, purchased by Elgin ISD using federal dollars. This proposal may be used with local, state, federal, and grant-funded programs.PLEASE NOTE: To do business with Elgin ISD for any of the listed categories in this solicitation, you must respond and return all documents to be considered for award.
