INTRODUCTION:TerraPower, LLC (TerraPower) is seeking a supplier to to provide subject matter expertise to the Natrium Fuel Handling (FH) group to complete in-house design tasks for the core assembly transfer tube (CATT).The drawings and related documents contain Export Controlled Information (ECI). If you have a TP-ShareFile account and have accepted the NDA, please write to the Contract Administrator (CA) to grant you View/Download access the ECI files. If you need to set up a new ShareFile account, please complete and send the signed ShareFile Workspace Authorization Request Form to the CA. PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD ANY ECI IN BONFIRE OR EMAIL; check with CA if you need any assistance.If potential suppliers intend to share TerraPower Confidential Information with their sub-tier partners to develop their proposals, the sub-tier must sign the NDA for this RFP in Bonfire and is non-negotiable. Potential Suppliers must also notify the CA when their sub-tier signs an NDA and provides the name of the company.Furthermore, if potential suppliers plan to invite sub-tier partners to a TerraPower pre-award meeting that involves export control information (ECI) for this RFP, the potential supplier must (in addition to the above), ensure that the sub-tier partner is a U.S. person and they complete the attached SWAR form and submits it to the Contract Administrator (CA) for this RFP..QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS:Please post your questions or comments under the Q&A section on Bonfire by the deadline posted for this opportunity.
