University Health ("UH") Facilities Management is seeking qualified contractors to provide proposals to conduct a life safety assessment of University Health locations based on NFPA 101:2012 edition of the Life Safety Code, Joint Commission HAP standards and CMS conditions of participation. Green): 903 W. Martin Street; -TDI (Texas Diabetes Institute): 701 S. Zarzamora Street.University Health reserves the right to award to multiple respondents.The Life Safety Assessment Project will be an initial contract term one (1) year with four (4) optional one-year renewal periods.
