The contractor awarded a contract, if any, under the RFP will be expected to begin performance of services under the contract on or about July 1, 2026, or as soon thereafter as practical.The anticipated Schedule of Events is as follows: Issuance of RFP – January 26, 2026, after 10:00 a.m. CT; Deadline for Submission of Questions– February 4, 2026, 2:00 p.m. CT; Release of Official Responses to Questions – February 18, 2026, or as soon thereafter as practical; Deadline for Submission of Proposals– March 11, 2026, 2:00 p.m. CT; Services Commencement Date – July 1, 2026, or as soon thereafter as practical. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS: Proposals must be submitted in accordance with instructions in the RFP and received via email to contracts@cpa.texas.gov no later than the time and date set forth for the Deadline for Submission of Proposals in the Schedule of Events of the RFP. Late proposals will not be considered. Any changes to this solicitation or to the Schedule of Events will be posted on the Electronic State Business Daily (“ESBD”) as an RFP Addendum. Trust Company and Comptroller reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify this schedule of events. Notice of changes, if any, will be posted on the ESBD. The complete RFP is attached to this posting. It is the responsibility of interested parties to periodically check the ESBD for updates to the RFP prior to submitting a Proposal.
