The primary purpose of this Request for Proposals 25-003 (RFP) is to solicit experienced emergency management consultants to assist and guide the OAG through the development of comprehensive and actionable “All Hazards” Emergency Management and Continuity of Operations Plans (“Plans”). These Plans will be designed to guide agency operations during an emergency, disaster, or any event that could impede regular operations. This Request for Proposals (RFP) aims to gather information of consultant expertise, capabilities, and approaches to develop and document the OAG’s preparedness and response to ensure operational continuity during all disruptions.
