Submittal Timeline: The Bidder is responsible for ensuring timely proposal submission and should pay strict attention to the due dates and times on this cover page to prevent disqualification. Late proposals will not be accepted. Failure to respond or meet the bid due date and time of this RFP will be considered a “no bid” or “late bid”. Submission of Questions: March 17, 2026 by 12:00 PM EST All questions and clarification requests must cite the page, section, and paragraph number, where applicable. Questions and/or clarification requests will only be accepted via email and in writing and should be submitted to the following email address: purchase@ag.ny.gov with the subject line of “Questions for Intranet Packaged Solution RFP 25-009 from [insert name of bidder or organization]”.
