    Tarrant County College District ("TCCD" or the "College") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a comprehensive, secure, cloud-based, and fully integrated Student Payment Center solution that supports the College's student financial services operations. The solution shall provide a centralized platform for student payment plans, electronic payment processing, online and in-person payment acceptance, electronic billing and statements, refund management, cashiering operations, third-party sponsorships, campus-wide eCommerce, reporting, and related payment services. The College seeks a solution that improves the student payment experience, increases operational efficiency through automation, strengthens financial oversight, and integrates seamlessly with the College's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other institutional technologies.
