Proposals received after this deadline will not be opened and will be considered void and unacceptable. Immediately following the due date and time proposals will be publicly opened, in a manner that does not reveal their contents, at Johnnie Arolfo Civic Center, 400 West Walker Street League City, TX 77573. The contents of all proposals will remain confidential until after a contract has been awarded by City Council.
