RFP-26-021 - Dual Capacity Project

MSD of Warren Township (schools) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design and support implementation of a Warren-specific Dual Capacity-Building Framework for Family–School Partnerships grounded in the national Dual Capacity model and tailored to our local context and priorities. The goal is to move from mostly reactive, Tier 2/3 family engagement to a coherent Tier 1 system that builds the capacity of both staff and families to form effective, asset-based partnerships that improve student outcomes.
