    • Qualifications as a Forensic Pathologist (35 pts)

      • Describe the procedures and methods that will achieve the required
      • outcome of the project.
      • List qualifications as a Forensic Pathologist
      • Responders are required to describe the procedures and methods to be used that will assist the prosecutorial agencies, County law enforcement and fire service agencies in crime scene reconstruction, crime scene evaluation and the acquisition and processing of evidence.
      • References for related work, including client name, mailing address, contact name and phone number, email address, and a description of the services provided, including project dates and special features.

    • Experience and Availability of Key/Assigned Staff (30 pts)

      Describe experience in testifying before a jury and/or grand jury, appearing in court, participating in pretrial conferences, testifying in depositions and any other civil or criminal litigation.
      • List of commitments of key team members and estimated completion dates by projects.
      • Identify the individuals who will be part of the project team; specify what positions each person will occupy and their assigned duties including any outside personnel, such as subcontractors

    • Methodology and Technical Approach to the Project, Quality and Completeness of the Response of the Proposal (30 pts)

      • Describe abilities, procedures and methods utilized in consultation(s) and working with law enforcement agencies, prosecutorial offices, judicial agencies, hospitals, public health agencies, private physicians and research agencies.
      • Describe how formal reports will be conducted and provided to the appropriate law enforcement agency for each case examined.
      • Describe the procedures and methods of photographic documentation of cases examined.
      • Submit documentation showing the type of periodic training in death
      investigations that will be provided to the prosecutorial agencies, county law enforcement and fire service agencies.
      • Provide a project schedule at the task level starting with the receipt of the Project Assignment Letter and ending with project completion.
