    The Texas JuvenileJustice Department (TJJD) is accepting proposals for the installation of newrooftop air conditioning units, the replacement of existing units, associatedductwork, controls, electrical, and plumbing modifications necessary forupgrading the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems locatedat the Evins State Juvenile Correctional Facility.Pre-Proposal Conference/Mandatory Site Visits:There will be two (2) mandatory site visits.
