    The City of Santa Barbara (City) is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) Administration duties and services for the Cater Reservoir Resiliency Project (Project). Box 1990Santa Barbara, California93102 County: Santa Barbara Other Details: The proposed Project consists of the construction of a new 2.5-million gallon (MG) chlorine contact basin along with structural upgrades of the existing finished water reservoir at the Cater Water Treatment Plant (Cater) located at 1150 San Roque Road, Santa Barbara, CA 93105. Cater is a continuously operating drinking water treatment facility. The Project shall not disrupt facility operations. The Project will require the demolition of one Solids Recovery Basin (SRB), improvements to the existing roadway along the west side of the property, replacement of existing emergency generators and HVAC equipment, and stormwater infrastructure improvements.The plans, specifications, and estimated construction schedule are subject to change. The construction schedule is provided as reference (Attachment 1) for the scope of the Project The engineer’s construction estimate is $28,500,000. Notes: The Project is funded by a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan. All design and construction services solicited by the City must conform to federal guidelines for procurement and labor practices. Proposers are advised that, as required by federal law, the SRF has established Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Davis-Bacon, and Build America Buy America Act requirements.
