    The University at Albany (UAlbany) is seeking to procure, through a Request for Proposal (RFP), a comprehensive, cloud-based, vendor-hosted platform that provides integrated modules for degree audit, degree planning, student course scheduling, transfer equivalency management, and transfer recruitment network. The specific requirements are listed in the attached RFP. Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the RFP by 05/13/2026, 3:00pm ET. Questions will be accumulated by UAlbany, and responses will be sent to potential bidders and posted to this advertisement by 05/20/2026, 3:00pm ET. Proposals are due no later than 06/03/2026, 3:00pm ET. No late proposals will be accepted. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates. Any documentation regarding this procurement will be posted. "Pursuant to the New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation.
