A modern, interoperable EHR System is essential for supporting these workflows, ensuring clinical continuity, improving billing accuracy, and meeting State reporting and compliance obligations. County seeks a proposer who can deliver a solution aligned with the detailed requirements outlined in the attachments below, as well as providing implementation support, staff training, and long-term operational success.Proposers demonstrate their experience delivering a fully integrated EHR System and providing the associated professional services, including project management, system configuration, implementation, report development, training, system maintenance, and technical support. The proposed system must meet or exceed all service expectations outlined in this RFP, including requirements related to CalAIM-compliant billing functions for juvenile and adult clients, as may be determined necessary by County (experience with California local governments is desirable). County will award one (1) agreement with the top-ranked Proposer resulting from this competitive process to develop and deploy an EHR system as described herein.
