Description

Stadium Manager is seeking proposals from firms (“Proposers”) to provide special inspections and materials testing services in compliance with the California Building Standards Code (Title 24) requirements in effect at permit issuance for each Task Order. This includes, but is not limited to, the California Building Code (CBC) Chapter 17—“Special Inspections and Tests,” all referenced standards, and applicable local and state requirements for projects at the Stadium. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a qualified and experienced bench of firms that can provide both special inspections and materials testing services.All work will be performed on an on-call basis under a valid task order issued by Stadium Manager.
