LEAD Public Schools (“LEAD”) is seeking qualified General Contractors to provide construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance services across multiple campuses, including but not limited to Neely’s Bend Campus and Southeast Campus. The selected General Contractor(s) will be responsible for delivering high-quality construction services in occupied school environments with strict safety, scheduling, and compliance requirements. LEAD operates multiple educational facilities requiring ongoing capital improvements, renovations, emergency repairs, and small-to-medium construction projects. This RFP is intended to establish one or more qualified General Contractors to perform work on an as-needed basis through: • Lump sum project bids • Task/work orders issued by LEAD
