RFP: Managed Internal Broadband Service (MIBS) Erate YR 2026 (YR29)

The Natomas Unified School District is soliciting proposals for Managed Internal Broadband Service (MIBS) supporting a contract which is E-Rate eligible. The proposals for the MIBS should provide solutions to help monitor and protect exisitng equipment. We are looking for ten [10] units. The proposal for MIBS should provide complete wireless ecosystem visibility, AI-based automated problem and solution identification, historical forensics, wired and wireless network testing and support WiFi-6. Subscripiton shoul include (or equivalent): Cloud based Wyebot Wireless Intelligence Platform (unlimited numer of users), Wyebot Intelligence Sensors as leased equipment (sensors not sold separtely), Sensor replacement warranty for as long as subscription is active (shipping included), Sensor upgrades (including WiFi 6 support, Software upgrades, Support, Periodic training sessions facilited by our Wi-Fi engineers, Scheduled 1-hour quarterly support call (optional). Please provide pricing for a 1 year, 3 year or 5 year maintenance and support-license contract term. Implementation services may be added as a separate line item. Service provider must determine and include Erate eligibility percentage as well as category of service, Internal Connections (I/C) or Basic Maintenance (BM). Project start date: July 1, 2026.
