RFP MISSION RIVER KAYAK PARK TURNKEY SPLASHPAD

The County of Refugio is requesting proposals from firms interested in providing design and construction of a single recirculating splash pad for the Refugio County Nature Based Kayak Park Coastal Access Project Phase 1. The Turnkey Splashpad Project will consist of providing services for design, material and construction for a Splashpad located at the Mission River Kayak Park 1110 Commerce St. Refugio, Texas 78377. Proposals must be received by no later than (11:00 AM) on (May 19, 2026) to be considered. The County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
