Each proposal shall be enclosed and submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing the project name “RFP- Special District Audit and Financial Examination Services”, and the proposer’s name. Oral, telephonic, faxed, or emailed proposals will not be accepted. The County of Colusa reserves the right to reject any proposal(s).
