    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Colusa is soliciting proposals from qualified Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), individual practitioners, and public accounting firms licensed to practice in the State of California to provide audit and financial examination services for special districts located within Colusa County, more specifically detailed in Request For Proposal (RFP). Proposals must be received by July 7, 2026 at the Clerk of the Board of Supervisor’s Office, 547 Market St., Suite 102 Colusa, California 95932 no later than 4:00 p.m. The RFP is available on the County website at www.countyofcolusaca.gov in the Bids section. Each proposal shall be enclosed and submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing the project name “RFP- Special District Audit and Financial Examination Services”, and the proposer’s name. Oral, telephonic, faxed, or emailed proposals will not be accepted. The County of Colusa reserves the right to reject any proposal(s).
