    Description

    Lincoln Electric System is issuing this Request for Proposal for the purpose of selecting a vendor to provide a full migration of the LES’s current Geometric Network (GN) GIS data model and editing environment to a fully functioning production Esri Utility Network (UN) data model for our Electric Distribution and Fiber networks. LES invites you to submit a proposal. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Standard Services/Consulting Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) Complete LES Form F790 (Confidentiality & Security Agreement) and 4) Complete LES Form 51 Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance. WINNING BIDDER WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE LB1300 CERTIFICATION
