    Project Title: WWTP Shop Drawings & TCEQ Water System Engineering

    Location: North Houston Area (Harris County / Unincorporated)

    Procurement Type: Request for Proposals (RFP)

    Target Community Size: 200-Lot Residential Development

    Project Components

    Respondents may submit proposals for one or both of the following distinct scopes:

    1. WWTP Site Plans, Drafting Plans & Steel Fabrication Detailing

    2. Public Water System (PWS) Engineering Amendment 

    Project Description & Scope of Work

    Scope 1: WWTP Site Plan & Shop Fabrication Drawings

    Provide a comprehensive engineering and fabrication package containing all data necessary for site placement, material procurement, cutting, welding, and direct shop-floor execution.

    • WWTP Site Plan: Detailed positioning and footprint layout of the package plant relative to site constraints and utility hookups.

    • Shop Drawings & Fabrication Detailing: 100% complete, build-ready shop fabrication drawings for a 70,000 GPD pre-fabricated steel package wastewater treatment plant.

    • Specifications: Structural shell, floor, and internal compartment baffles will be constructed primarily from 1/4" structural carbon steel plate. The selected professional will engineer all external reinforcements.

    • Deliverables: Must include a complete Bill of Materials (BOM), precise spacing for all structural supports, exact locations/sizes of all flanges, and complete cutting/welding data.

    Scope 2: Water Plant Engineering & TCEQ Permitting

    Provide professional engineering services to design infrastructure modifications through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

    • Engineering Amendment: Submit amendment to integrate a second 5-inch water well into the existing system.

    • Capacity Upgrades: Submit ammednment upgraded sizing  for the Ground Storage Tank (GST), hydro-pneumatic pressure tank and booster pumps.
