CORE Construction Services of Florida, LLC; 2. Gulf Building Corporation; 3. James P. Pirtle Construction Company, Inc.; 4. KAST Construction Company of Florida, LLC; and 5. West Construction, Inc. (individually and collectively, “Proposers”).
