    In accordance with Texas Education Code, Section 51.783, the University of Houston (“Owner”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each a “Respondent”) for Cougar Village 1 Roof Superstructure (the “Project”), located at Main Campus in Houston, Texas.  All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to add new roof superstructures and clean the façade walls to address the façade staining issue in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Stern and Bucek Architects and issued on 10/24/2025, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A. ==One mandatory Pre-Proposal Zoom Meeting, and one mandatory site visit are scheduled.  Attendees must attend and sign in on both events in order to submit a proposal.MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Zoom MeetingThere will be a pre-submittal meeting held on Friday, January 16, 2026 @ 11:00 AM CT via Zoom.
