Statements of Qualification must be received and time stamped by the Purchasing Coordinator prior to the aforementioned time, when they will be publicly opened at Seabrook City Hall. No late SOQ’s will be accepted. RFQ documents may be obtained from the city website at www.seabrooktx.gov, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com, or through at www.civcastusa.com. SOQs may also be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. To submit an SOQ electronically, an account will need to be created in Public Purchase, and then RFQ 2026-12 can be accessed for electronic submission.
