    The Quincy Park Public Improvement District (PID) Advisory Board is issuing a Request for Qualifications for Design, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, or Architecture and Engineering services to develop design specifications for stormwater drainage improvements on the southeastern area of the park, adjacent to the Quitman Avenue and 91st Street intersection, located at 9002 Rochester Avenue, Lubbock, Texas 79424. The duration of this agreement is six (6) months, with one (1) optional six (6) month extension.OPTIONAL SCOPE OF WORK EXPANSION The Quincy Park PID is offering an Optional Scope of Work Expansion to the Stormwater Drainage Improvement Project Agreement for construction management and oversight for the drainage improvement project. The firm will have the opportunity to negotiate construction management and oversight fees with City Staff. This Optional Scope of Work Expansion will add an additional six (6) months, with an optional six (6) months extension to the contract.
