The City of Temple, Texas (“City”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with Texas Government Code 2254 from qualified firms to provide independent third-party construction materials testing (CMT) and related inspection services on an as-needed basis for City infrastructure and building projects. Services may include, but are not limited to, testing and inspection associated with roadway construction, water and wastewater utility installation, site development, and vertical construction.The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts as a result from this RFQ. The City may consider awarding a contract for civil/infrastructure projects and a contract for vertical construction projects.The selected firm(s) (“CMT Provider”) will provide services on an on call basis and must be able to meet the City’s scheduling, reporting, and mobilization expectations as described in this Scope of Work.The City does not guarantee any minimum amount of work under the resulting contract.
