The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain proposals from interested firms specializing in food service operations to provide concession food services at the Parks, Recreation, and Community Services (PRCS) parks set forth in Section 4.7 Location(s)/Site(s) Information. The successful offeror(s) will serve park patrons with premium customer service, offering quality food and beverage items at an affordable price.Based on the quality and quantity of the proposals received, the County intends to award Contracts to one (1) or more offeror(s) and some sites may have more than one (1) successful offeror.This is an ongoing RFP. Proposals may be submitted at any time throughout the contract period as stated in Section 5.2. The County will review proposals as they are submitted. Contracts will be awarded when there is a need for services.*In order for firms to be awarded contracts by May 1, 2024, the initial proposals must be received by the Division of Procurement prior to 4:00 p.m., local “Atomic” time April 5, 2024.
