    REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AVIATION PLANNING SERVICES FOR GLENN COUNTY AIRPORTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Glenn is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified professional firms for Aviation Planning Services for the Glenn County Airports. A more detailed description of the tasks required are defined in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Submissions in response to this RFQ must be received by the Glenn County Public Works Agency no later than 3:00 P.M., Thursday, April 2nd, 2026. SOQ’s received after the deadline will not be considered. The complete RFQ may also be requested at the Glenn County Public Works Agency (777 N. Colusa St., Willows, CA 95988), by telephone at (530) 934-6530, or by email at engineer@countyofglenn.net. The County of Glenn reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in any submission.
