REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AVIATION PLANNING SERVICES FOR GLENN COUNTY AIRPORTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Glenn is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified professional firms for Aviation Planning Services for the Glenn County Airports. The County of Glenn reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in any submission.
