TFC routinely transports property from Federal agencies in the Continental U.S. to three locations in Texas:i) Austin Surplus Property Warehouse: 6506 Bolm Rd, Austin, TX 78721ii) San Antonio Surplus Property Warehouse: 2103 Ackerman Rd, San Antonio, TX 78219iii) Fort Worth Surplus Property Warehouse: 2826 N.Beach St., Fort Worth, TX 76111.b) See Attachment C – Freight Transportation Loads Q&A for information on types of loads and quantities for the current fiscal year (Sept 2025 – May 2026).2) CONTRACT TERM: It is the intention of TFC to award multiple Purchase Orders to qualified Transportation Service Providers (TSPs) for freight transportation services through August 31,2028. The services may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year periods.
