RFQ - I&C Work - Lincoln Lift Station Package 1

The City of Caldwell is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from prospective licensed Idaho public works contractors who are interested in bidding on the Lincoln Lift Station – Package 1 – Lift Station Construction (“Project”) as an Instrument and Controls (I&C) subcontractor/integrator. Qualified I&C subcontractors would be shortlisted for General Contractors to solicit a bid from during the official bidding process. The I&C portion of this Project generally consists of reviewing and coordinating the controls scope, providing control panel and PLC integration, integrating VFDs and motor controls, integrating instrumentation, developing SCADA screens and alarm functions, providing communications and networking, documenting programming, and testing and commissioning the lift station.

This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is intended to be administered in compliance with Idaho Code section 67-2805.

  The City of Caldwell requests bidders to supply a list of three (3) references where services or products have been supplied by their firm. Include names of firms, addresses, telephone numbers, and names.
