The AUTHORITY does not guarantee any minimum amount of work.The Agreement shall be for a term of three (3) years with the option of an additional three (3) year renewal subject to review and approval of the Governing Board of the Solid Waste Authority at the sole and unfettered discretion of the AUTHORITY.The AUTHORITY requires RESPONDENTS to commit to Three Percent (3%) SBE Subcontractor participation to meet the Affirmative Procurement Initiative applied to this procurement.
