City of Mission Instructions to Proposer – General Terms & Conditions Real Estate Broker Services / RFQ: 26-285-03-02 Please read your specifications thoroughly and be sure that the offered complies with all requirements. Any variation from the specifications will not be allowed. If you are the successful proposer, it will be required that “ Real Estate Broker Services ” be provided as specified. Sealed Statements of Qualifications will be received for “ Real Estate Broker Services ” in accordance with the specifications attached hereto. Summary of Work : The City of Mission is accepting Statements of Qualifications for Real Estate Broker Services . Proposal Submittal Deadline: Proposal responses addressed to Mr. Edgar Chapa, Contracts Administrator, will be received until Monday, March 02, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST ) . All proposal responses are to be delivered to City of Mission Purchasing Department, 1201 East 8 th Street, Mission, Texas 78572 , on or before the aforementioned date and time. Proposal responses shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as follows: RFQ: 26-285-03-02 Real Estate Broker Services . No Facsimiles or late arrivals will be accepted. Any RFP received after that time will not be opened and will be returned. Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of express envelope or package in reference to RFP. Pre-Proposal Conference : A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 10:00 am . The Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at the Mission City Hall, Community Room, 1201 E. 8 th St., Mission, TX 78572. It is Highly Recommended that you attend in person or via zoom. All prospective respondents are encouraged to be in attendance. All Proposers are highly recommended to attend and sign in. To view this solicitation, access Plans and Specifications, and submit a bid response, you must first register in the City’s bidding portal at https://cityofmission.procureware.com . Solicitation documents will not be mailed, e-mailed, or provided in person. Once registered, you will also be added to the solicitation distribution list for changes and/or additions via Addenda form.
