The intersection of Cassady Ave at Austin Manor Boulevard/Plaza Properties Boulevard will be converted from signal controlled to a single lane roundabout. A shared use path will be constructed on the west side of Cassady Ave from Demonye Road to Austin Manor Blvd/Plaza Properties Blvd. Improvements also include sidewalk on the east side of Cassady Ave as needed, lighting improvements, pavement resurfacing, and access management.All questions concerning the RFP are to be sent to capitalprojects@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions will be specified in the RFP; phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted on Bonfire at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/login as an addendum.A pre-proposal meeting will not be held.Notice of published addenda will be posted on the City’s Vendor Services web site and all addenda will be posted on Bonfire at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/login.The selected Consultant shall attend a scope meeting anticipated to be held on/about two weeks after proposals are due. The projected scope date will be specified in the RFP. If the Project Manager is not available, the Consultant may designate an alternate to attend in their place.1.2 Classification: All proposal documents (Request for Proposal, reference documents, addenda, etc.) will be available for review and download on Bonfire at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/login after the RFP is advertised.
