    The Toho Water Authority seeks statements of qualifications from engineering consulting firms with extensive experience in booster pump station planning, design, permitting, engineering, and construction support services for a new water booster pump station (BPS) to support the Cypress Lake Water Wheeling Infrastructure Plan (CL2-B-01 South Poinciana Blvd Booster Pump Station).The Cypress Lake Water Wheeling Transmission Main System conveys treated water from the Cypress Lake Alternative Water Supply Treatment Facility to Toho Water and Water Cooperative of Central Florida (WCCF) member utilities in Polk and Orange Counties.The new BPS facility will be located in the general vicinity of South Poinciana Boulevard and U.S 17-92 Orange Blossom Trail. It shall be designed for an initial capacity of 9.3 MGD, with provisions for expansion to an ultimate capacity of 18.6 MGD without major modifications to the initial infrastructure. The project design shall be in accordance with Toho, City, and State requirements and shall incorporate all requirements for the construction of a fully functioning BPS.
