The purpose of this RFSQ is to establish a list of qualified contractors that can provide temporary professional consulting services on an as-needed basis when the CEO anticipates the need for on-call real estate services and specialized support services. One or more master agreement for on-call real estate services and specialized support services may be awarded from this solicitation. The County reserves the right to determine the number of selected qualified contractors or the total number of agreements.
