    The State of Rhode Island (SoRI, “the State”) Executive Office of Health and Human Services (“EOHHS,” “Agency”) is seeking to procure a qualified Vendor (EVV Vendor) to implement, manage, and operate an Open/Hybrid Model Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) solution. The Open/Hybrid model allows provider agencies with existing alternative, third-party EVV systems (Alternate EVV systems) the option to continue using their current technology. This solution will serve as a module of Rhode Island’s Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Project, which from here forward is known as the Rhode Island Medicaid Optimized and Adaptable State Information System (RI Medicaid OASIS, “OASIS”).
