This project consists of the construction of the Ride Solution Bus Depot located at 310 S 10th Street, Palatka, Florida, in accordance with the Issued-for-Bid drawings and specifications prepared by Hanson Professional Services, Inc. and CRG Architects, dated March 2026, including all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work necessary to deliver a complete, operational facility. The Contractor's scope is limited to construction only. The Contractor is not responsible for the design of the Project and shall not be required to verify or validate the accuracy, adequacy, or sufficiency of the design documents prepared by the Engineer of Record. Any design deficiencies, errors, or omissions identified during construction shall be promptly reported to The Ride Solution Representative in writing for resolution by the design team.
