    Description

    The City of Fullerton is requesting Proposals from California Joint Power Authorities and other relevant insurance carriers to provide a comprehensive municipal insurance program beginning July 1, 2027. The program must include at minimum, General Liability, Auto Liability, Workers' Compensation and Property coverage. The City has been a member of ICRMA for many years and is conducting a competitive evaluation of the full JPA market. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, September 11, 2026. This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides information on the City of Fullerton, the required scope of services, the consultant/contractor selection process, and the minimum information that must be included in the RFP Response. Complete submission materials including an exposure data package, loss history, and risk profile are available by request.     The City of Fullerton is located 22 miles southeast of metropolitan Los Angeles, in the center of North Orange County. Fullerton is a full-service, general law city that was incorporated in 1904.
