Bids are invited from all qualified bidders.Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of the Robesonia-Wernersville Municipal Authority, or a Bid Bond in favor of the Robesonia-Wernersville Municipal Authority in the amount of 10% of the bid price.
